Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Tickets and payment

Your place at the event is confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received your booking confirmation.

Tickets are for the event, date and venue stated at the time of booking.

2. Attendee cancellations

If you are unable to attend, tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or you have a statutory right to a refund.

You may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at [email address] no later than [48 hours / 7 days] before the event.

3. Event cancellation or postponement

If we cancel the event, you will be offered a refund of the ticket price paid.

If the event is postponed or moved to another date, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within the timeframe communicated to you.

4. Changes to the event

We may make reasonable changes to the event programme, speakers, timings or venue where necessary.

Where a significant change is made, we will notify ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Attendance and behaviour

We want the event to be a safe and respectful environment for everyone attending.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask an attendee to leave where their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe or inappropriate. No refund will be provided where an attendee is removed for these reasons.

6. Photography and recording

Photography and/or filming may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please let a member of the event team know on arrival.

7. Personal belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings while attending the event. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Liability

We will take reasonable care in delivering the event.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Personal information

Personal information provided when purchasing your ticket will be used to administer your booking and communicate important information about the event.

Marketing communications will only be sent where you have provided the appropriate consent or where otherwise permitted by law.
